Grand Boulevard Lofts

Congratulations to the Grand Boulevard Lofts project team on winning a Capstone Award in the Multifamily Category! Awarded by the Kansas City Business Journal, the team will receive the award at an upcoming luncheon in April. Please check back in a month for a follow-up post.

Jennings Senior Apartments

Completion of this project is right around the corner! The exterior of the building is complete, with the exception of minor items, and sitework in progress. Concrete for resident parking on the east side of the building, as well as for the covered rear patio, is complete One of the four floors is at 100% with the remaining floors close behind. Cameron Veterans Home Additions

The veterans home additions are steadily moving towards completion. The spaces are enclosed and under roof, building systems in-place, and drywall in progress. As additions to a 200-bed nursing home located in Cameron, Missouri, the project will provide a solarium and chapel/multi-purpose space for residents to enjoy. Kemper Village Homes

Construction at Kemper Village Homes in Boonville, MO has been underway for a couple of months now. A vast majority of the site excavation has been completed and site utilities are in progress. As a running theme this time of year, the weather has been an issue. However, a significant portion of the drive lane into the new development has been poured, as well as a couple lot footings. With weather sure to improve over the next month, we anticipate the project construction to really progress! Once complete, the project will provide 40 single-family homes. Woodbury Place

With four out of seven of the 6-plex buildings complete, the project is moving rapidly towards completion. Despite the inclement weather, work has continued with little interruption to the buildings. If the same could only be said for the concrete and landscaping work; it has been a tough winter! In the coming weeks, we anticipate the completion of the remaining 6-plex buildings and community building. Feel free to stop by at the end of each month for more updates.

Lucas Place

Keep an eye open for future redevelopment in downtown Kansas City's Garment District. Lucas Place, an old industrial building once known as the Burnham-Hanna-Munger Manufacturing Co., will provide 130 market-rate apartment units.
