Conrad Properties selected Rosemann to provide an integrated design approach for the new Hotel Indigo in Clayton, Mo. The former Daniele Hotel will soon be renovated into a select boutique, full-service haven for travelers interested in a refreshing, relaxing environment."Each Hotel Indigo has its own design interpretation," says Mickey Warriner, IIDA. "This project provided us with an opportunity to think outside the box and have fun with design, finishes and furnishings in unexpected ways."
In the spirit of full circle collaboration, Rosemann's providing both architecture and interior design services for the renovation. Rosemann's team will use an organic design methodology introducing the Golden Mean and bringing natural elements into the hotel's design.
"These hotels cater to busy people looking for a re-energizing atmosphere," says Warriner. "The organic design will help guests find rest and inspiration."
The $13 million renovation also includes dramatic exterior improvements with a new canopy, updated streetscape, additional story with contemporary roof line and redesigned storefront with unique Indigo inspired art glass feature.
