On Friday, May 15 the Landmarks Association of St. Louis honored the Rosemann designed GW Lofts at the Most Enhanced Awards Ceremony for being one of the best historic renovation projects in the St. Louis region to be completed in the past year.The awards ceremony was part of Landmarks 2009 Preservation Week. This year from May 9-16, Landmarks put together a jam-packed week of events, tours, lectures, and films to help raise awareness on the importance of historic renovation and how it impacts our communities.
-PROJECT DETAILS-The historic renovation of G.W. Lofts is located at 2615 Washington Avenue in St. Louis. With 60 rental units, G.W. Lofts’ surprising colored facades liven up the community and provide residents a unique urban living opportunity.
