The St. Louis Apartment Association recently announced the Rosemann designed Alton Pointe Apartments as a winner of a 2009 Rising Star Awards for Property of the Year in the Affordable Housing category. Development company Gundaker Commercial Group accepted the award for the project team.The $12.4 million, workforce housing project located in Alton, Ill. fills a much needed demand for affordable housing in Madison County.
