The Capstone Awards are given annually in
recognition for achievements in real estate development in the Kansas City
region. On March 6th, three
projects designed by Rosemann & Associates, P.C. will be honored in the
categories of Adaptive Reuse and Multi-family.
St. Michael’s Veteran’s Center for homeless and disabled Veterans
developed
by Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St.
Joseph was recognized for excellence in
multi-family design. Lucas Place Lofts and Mount Washington Senior Apartments
developed by Landwhite Developers, LLC and Sherman Associates respectively
received recognition in the Adaptive Reuse category. Congratulations to each of the development
teams and kudos to the Rosemann design team involved. The awards will be presented at a luncheon at
the Sheraton Overland Park on March 6.
